Returns & Refunds
At BlueOak Commerce, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
Items that cannot be returned:

Opened beauty or personal care products

Used pet items (beds, grooming tools, etc.)

Final sale or clearance items
-
Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)
-
Customized or made-to-order furniture
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with:

Your order number

The item(s) you’d like to return

Reason for return

Photos (if item is damaged or defective)
We’ll respond with return instructions and, if approved, a return shipping label (where applicable).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged item).

If you received a gift, refunds will be issued as store credit.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original product and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Return Shipping

Customer responsibility: If you’re returning due to personal preference (e.g. changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping.

Our responsibility: If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping.
